Capital raising · Dubai

Capital, carefully placed.

We help growth companies and project sponsors raise equity, and introduce them to specialist lending partners for debt. Every opportunity is assessed in depth before we introduce it.

What we do

Three ways we help capital move

From first conversation to close, we work alongside founders and sponsors, and the investors who back them.

01

Equity capital raising

Seed, growth, project and platform equity. We help shape the raise and run the process through to close.

02

Debt introductions

We don’t lend. We introduce companies and projects to a specialist lending partner and support them through to terms.

03

Investor relationships

Family offices, institutions and private investors across the Gulf and beyond, matched to the opportunities that fit them.

Where we work

Four sectors, every stage from seed to project capital

We follow quality, not a single sector. Live mandates are never named publicly.

Our approach

Selective by design

We take on a small number of mandates, and only those we would be comfortable putting in front of our own network.

01Judged against the right peersA seed company is compared with strong seed companies, not with mature businesses, so good opportunities are not overlooked for being early.
02Proof kept separate from potentialWe show investors how much of each case is verified today, through contracts, data and independent reports, and how much still rests on forecasts.
03Candid on price and termsWhere an entry price runs ahead of the evidence, we say so, and suggest terms such as milestone-linked tranches that close the gap.

  • A summary of every opportunity: sector, stage and capital sought
  • Our view of each case, what supports it and what we still need to see
  • How much of each case is verified today, and how much rests on forecasts
