About the Role

We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our ambitious team in Dubai. This is not just another finance role — it’s an exciting opportunity to become part of a company on an upward trajectory, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the growth and success of the business.

As a core member of our finance team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure across various areas of the business, and play an active role in shaping our financial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process supplier and client invoices.
  • Payroll: Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • VAT Compliance: Prepare and file VAT returns in accordance with UAE FTA regulations.
  • Management Accounts: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Client Monitoring: Track and manage client financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting and timely invoicing.
  • AUM Reporting: Produce monthly Assets Under Management (AUM) reports.
  • Weekly Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on weekly sales data and KPIs.
  • Cashflow Forecasting: Support short- and long-term cashflow analysis to aid financial planning.
  • Financial Infrastructure: Help build and improve the company’s accounting systems, controls, and reporting framework.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA, ACCA, or CA certification preferred).
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws and payroll procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis and reporting.
