The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Wealth Administrator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of investments and pensions, who enjoys the detail of processing new business cases, and who thrives in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process new business cases across a range of investment and pension products
- Provide administrative support to our team of experienced financial advisers
- Liaise with product providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client journey
- Maintain and update client records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and meeting packs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar Wealth/IFA administration role
- Strong knowledge of investment and pension products
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with industry software platforms and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude

- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and events

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in financial services
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with SEO, digital ads, and CRM tools
